We provide on-the-go personal training services across north and east London. Our team is entirely female and each trainer holds advanced Level 3 qualifications; we ride bicycles to sessions to support both men and women in maintaining their fitness and wellbeing. Founded in 2010, we are the longest-established mobile personal training company in London. All of our trainers are approachable and enjoyable to work with, and we take pride in being LGBTQ+ friendly.
